We are what we do

It seems reasonable to agree that we become what we practice. Repetition is both captivating and satisfying.  We see progress with each repetition.  It can inspire us to do more and with the right focus, repetition can even become a habit.  It would be wise, then, to be mindful of what it is that we decide to do on repeat because that's what we ultimately become (that which we do again and again). Do good and we become good, sounds like a good formula for living and enjoying our journey. The side benefit is that when others see us doing something at a high level of proficiency (because we do it repeatedly) they will be reasonably intrigued and might want to do the same, it is a good thing all around

Loving life when I am on repeat
