For some our daily brew is a cup of coffee, for others a moment of gratitude, for others, it is a yoga session, some time with their kids. What we find is that our daily brew, as we might think about it, is something that we want to make time for. Something in our lives that is important to us. When we get it done, we do so because we have decided to – no externality required – just the understanding that we get to do what matters to us. And if we want something new in our daily brew, let’s make sure that we have made the commitment to ourselves and figured out how it fits in our life. When we do, we can take our daily brew up a level which is indeed good for us and how we want to go forward on our journey.
Loving life when I have my daily brew
