We are all given the opportunity as we navigate our journey to be mindful and purposeful about that which we choose and that which we do. And since most of us find ourselves in a place of work during our journey it would be good to have a set of principles that we can bring to how we work and collaborate. When we start with these principles the journey and the outcomes are just better.

We must be the change we seek in the world.
That our business needs to be conducted as if people and place mattered.
That, the products, practices, and profits, that we create do no harm and benefit all; and
We act with the understanding that we are dependent upon each other and responsible for each other and future generations.
