We do get to be quite good at what we do while on our journey. The more we practice, the more we apply ourselves the better that we get. And this improvement theme can continue for quite some time. But the longer that we go the more we realize that taking our skills to the next level will require input from others who have more, and different, experiences from us. Sometimes it can be hard to take input as we know what we are doing and yet it is critical that we embrace new ideas and find a way to make them our own. The path to improvement is filled with more than just what we can learn on our own and being open to new approaches is a way to ensure that our journey is the best It can be.
