My three favorite foods

After all this time, years of training, miles on the road, bike, run, pushups, pullups, writing, thinking, living and so much more I think I have dialed in my three favorite foods.  I find when I eat them regularly (just about every day) I just feel better.  My system has adapted to the nutrition profile, the taste, and the overall benefits that they bring.  (BTW – you should have your three most favorite foods also). My three favorites are:

·      Bran cereal

·      Peanut Butter

·      Broccoli

Food is fuel, that is for sure, it is also great to have go-to foods that just feel good for the body and soul.  I dare say that these three will stay in my top foods for years to come and while I still experiment, I do like coming back to what works for me while on this journey.  Food for life, that’s for sure!
