The four pass loop

Long weekends are made for us to do something different, of bigger, or harder.  We need to take advantage of our free time and make the most of it.  The hope is that all who are on their journey are making this long weekend into something special.  To reflect this sentiment we got out to Aspen CO and hike the four pass loop at the Maroon Bells wilderness area.  A 27-mile hike, a ton of up and down, stream crossings and technical terrain were the supporting cast to the lush green flaura and fauna, the spectacular wildflowers and the enormous mountain passes.  A full day, starting the right way, is the thing to do.

Loving life when I enjoy my days off
