For as much as we do while on our journey, and for all that we can aim to get better, there is a not-so-subtle difference between looking back and worrying about what did not go as we planned and thinking about how we can do better in the future. Of course, we want to learn from our mistakes or our sometimes less than stellar performance, but we cannot spend time stuck in the past. What’s done is done and we can make the journey that much better when we focus on what is next, how we want to execute and our goals for tomorrow and beyond. Looking forward puts the right emphasis on how we want to use our resources and how we want to feel when we do so. So, here’s to looking forward and all of the benefits that come from doing so.
Loving life when I look forward
