We go along on our journey with a lot of learning to do. And one way for us to learn is to observe and listen to others. It can, for sure, allow us to shorten the path to progress. This works for a while and can get us to a good place. Without additional effort, though, we can stall and feel stagnant. That which worked at one level might not work at the next level. To break through requires that we challenge assumptions, the why, the how, and the when of what we are doing. We cannot just accept the way that we do things if we are to grow and develop and it all starts with us and our willingness to think deeply with a focus on doing better and it all starts with our assumptions….
