On being resilient

What is this journey about but a test of us against ourselves and our plans and our expectations?  Can we stick to our plan, can we work through the issues that we will confront, how do we do in the face of adversity?  Resilience is that muscle that we need to work on all the time.  It is that capacity to quickly recover from difficulty, to bounce back as the case may be.  Our ability to be resilient can carry us to the other side, to the goals that we are striving towards, to make the effort worthwhile.  Yes, a good reminder that it is up to us to make it happen, yes indeed.
