The journey we are on evolves over time, and at each step, we are met by opportunity and challenge. We can even feel a bit of uncertainty as we lean into what’s next. The goodness of all of this is that while daunting, each step can be a fertile ground for growth and self-discovery. Being unsure turns into a moment to explore, to learn, and to expand our thinking. Moving away from the way we did it and to the way we are going to do it nudges us out of our comfort zone and forces us to embrace the unknown. And while this can be unsettling, it is a natural part of life, one that offers us the chance to cultivate our resilience and adaptability. So, when we are not sure, all we have to do is to lean in, have courage, mix in a bit of curiosity, and find the edges of what is possible on the next stage of our journey.
