What a fun day it is – World Sleep Day. A day to focus on ourselves and how important sleep is for all of us. Sleep is essential for our health. Just like eating well and exercising, sleep is foundational to our physical, mental, and social well-being. Getting somewhere between 7-9 hours of sleep a day is great for us and we feel so much better about the day after a good night of sleep. We should think of sleep as a gift and something to look forward to every day. So, let’s make sure to get a good night’s sleep, every day, and see how wonderful life can be when we are fully rested!
