What me worry?

It seems that there are as many reasons why we will get done what we need to, as there are reasons why it will not happen.  And we know that while the reasons that are under our control, including being prepared, thinking ahead, and learning from past experiences, can mitigate risk which is out of our control, we can still tend to worry and be anxious about bad things happening.  With a bit of thought, though, it is clear that worrying really does not help the situation.  It usually makes the situation worse and can compound the bad that could be happening.  Knowing this, then, we need to find ways to reduce the anxiety about what potential issues could arise and focus our energy on what we should be doing to execute better and ultimately enjoy the journey, which we inherently know how to do.

Loving life when I do not worry
