Try this

We get good at what we do and with a somewhat limited amount of time to explore we can tend to do the same thing again and again.  This is not bad as it makes us good at what we do but it does limit what we can learn and experience. So, it is a good habit/discipline to create our “try this” list.  A list of all that we would like to try.  We can ask others for their ideas of what to try and add it to our list.  And as we try new things, we can then add more to the list so that it becomes our living list of what to try.  Something to look forward to and to keep us interested in this most fabulous of journeys.  And a few things to try in case we need a list starter:

·      Go to bed early

·      Sleep under the stars

·      Try a new food

·      Listen to a new podcast

·      Polar bear dip
