Put simply, we all know that exercise is good for us. It is good for us in the short term and over the long term. What is not to like? Exercise improves our health, our cognition, our mindset, and our overall feeling of wellness. Our issue seems to be one of time management and daily practices. We allow many things to get in the way of what might be the most important action we could take every day. So, let’s make a commitment to ourselves, that we will make time to exercise at least four times a week. We can all pick our favorite activities; we just need to commit, focus and execute. We will all be better for it!
