After all of these years, living my version of the high performance life, tracking my daily activity, thinking about how I want my journey to evolve, and establishing a set of principles for living an inspired life, I am setting out to tell my story more broadly. And I need a bit of your help to make it happen. I have submitted an extract to SXSW (South by Southwest) a conference that provides an opportunity for creatives to share cutting edge ideas, leading intriguing ways of living, and inspiring stories. My proposed talk is Living Without Limits: A Data-Driven Blueprint for Extended Healthspan. I will propose a new approach to health, one that harnesses the power of technology, life choices, and data to transform how populations live longer happier lives with minimal assistance from the healthcare system.
