For all that we do and experience, most of it temporal, it is always good to take a moment to reflect. And on the day that is the Fall Equinox, it is good to reflect on Mother Earth and how she works to give us all that we need and how the harmony of the system that we are part of works so elegantly day after day. The Fall Equinox is the day when the sun is exactly above the equator and day and night are equal. It is a transition point and the changing of the seasons, a bit more, or less sun, depending on which hemisphere we are in. For the northern hemisphere, it is the time of the year when each day the daylight reduces and nighttime increases. We do nothing to trigger this dramatic event but for sure we are affected by it. Less daily sunlight does feel different, and it will be this way for effectively the next six months. What the earth does we experience and appreciate, and when we do, we can live cooperatively and productively, enjoying life and the journey, yes indeed!
