When we start on the journey, we decide how we are going to show up, what standards we want to hold, and the values that will drive our decisions. And every day we have the opportunity to live up to our standards and to do it right. We know that most times no one sees what we do and that it is our integrity in action when we just do it right. It is a good reminder that we do not need external validation or feedback to live the life of our choosing and be the best of ourselves that we can be. Yes, it does matter that we do it right, it is after all up to us to do so, all the time!
