What distraction

It does seem that there are a lot of tugs against our focus and a pull on our time while along on our journey.  And sometimes, we see that a pattern of distractions can reduce what we get done.  But there is another side to what is happening when we are distracted. It could be that a distraction reflects a state of deep concentration where our attention is so wholly invested in an activity that everything else fades into the background. "What distraction?" might then be a rhetorical question indicating a mind so engaged.  If we are thoughtful about our distractions, they can be how we channel our mental resources with remarkable intensity and purpose in our favor to an end that we want to get to.
