Saturday night - what could be better - a date with Sally? Or some time at the bar? Choices, choices, choices Alas, no bar for me but for sure I got my date card stamped. I squeezed out a few more seconds - 2:52 tonight, at least I stopped the backwards slide - 30 seconds rest and to the end. Got up to 120 push ups with my next song (correctly measured at 4:17). BTW - Anyone who does give Sally a try at a bar has to report back - with pictures! A few years ago I would have been all over it……..
So, I came down to write the email and Gmail got right in my face - told me that my last email was written 23 hours ago - no hiding from reality - it made me realize that 23 hours can go by very quickly - Now I go into hyper recovery - I have less than 24 hours to build new muscle fibers so that I can add a few seconds to my time. Not even sure I have a true 24 hours as I will be doing the run, bike, pull up thing tomorrow before my next date with Sally……..
Great news! - the group is growing - adding three more interested parties tonight. A few more and we will consider this a legitimate movement!
