We spend so much time thinking our way through life—analyzing, strategizing, and seeking answers. But how often do we stop to just feel it? Feeling is the most human thing we can do. It’s messy, unpredictable, and uncomfortable—and that seems to be why we avoid it. Feeling it means standing in the storm without running for shelter, allowing our hearts to break open and grow stronger. We can’t think our way to peace; we must feel our way there. Let the emotions rise and shape us. All of it—the joy, the sadness, the frustration—it is fuel for our growth. So, let’s stop trying to make sense of it all. Just sit with it. Breathe into it. Let’s feel it. That’s where real growth begins.
Loving life, when I feel it
