A few laps

We often grow bored with repetition. Doing something again and again can create frustration, which often leads us to stop if there are too many laps or iterations of the task. Yet, there is a beauty in laps, in their simplicity and repetition. Each lap may feel small on its own, but it’s the act of repeating them that makes the journey more manageable. Life isn’t always about giant leaps; it’s about consistency, and laps make it easier to stay on track. Each lap builds momentum, reinforces habits, and makes life feel less overwhelming. When we embrace the laps, we create a rhythm that allows us to steadily move forward. It’s not about how fast we go; it’s about staying in motion, repeating the process, and knowing that every lap brings us closer to our goal. With each round, we strengthen our resolve and get one step closer to success.

Loving life, when I take a few laps
