Creativity is one of the traits that we admire in others, strive to achieve and seems to be, from time to time, fleeting. But the more you think about being creative on the THPL journey the more you realize that Creativity is less about pure new ideas and more about connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they don’t think that they really did anything. That indeed they just saw something. So, we have a great opportunity, while on our journey, to become an observer. And then from there we can look for interesting patterns, different things that we see, and things that surprise us. When we do this we will start to think differently and maybe, just maybe our creative juices will start to flow and we will see that creativity is reachable – it just needs a different way of thinking.
