THPL asks little of us, in the literal sense, rather it creates an expectation that we are going to take seriously, our commitment to improving in the areas of life, learning and fitness. And so, maybe, on a regular weekend night, when we are thinking of the week ahead we can put some effort into something that we can do tomorrow – little or big, that would make a difference. For example, how about doing something as simple as bringing a reusable bag to the grocery store or walking around the block or donating some clothes to Goodwill or reading the Sunday newspaper. It can be very simple that becomes the start of something and the beginning of a trend, one that can help us, and the world, and community around us. Think small and together we will impact big. Yup, that’s it!
