Get out of your seat

On a journey one would expect to be in motion most of the time.  And a good THPL life is one that is full of action and activity, motion and involvement.  The risk, though, is that the day to day parts of life can make us sit more than we want, more than I am sure we realize.  And it might be that not only are we sitting still physically, it could be that we are staying in the same place in our minds.  And it might be that this is a good place.... but we will never really know if we do not get up and move or think something differently.  The challenge then that we have to take on is to make sure that we stand up when we sit too long and we think differently when we have been doing the same thing again and again.  Both of these decisions to move, to go to a different place will for sure make us feel better and we might even find that it is a better place where we end up.  Why not give it a try……
