We all know that there are days that we feel great and some a bit less so. And we also know that on the THPL journey we are supposed to stick to ourplan and to make sure that we are ready at all times to take on any challenge thrown at us. To be able to live in this “ready state” we need to maintain our health and to keep it at a high level. Health isn’t just about the physical It’s also about the psychological, social, and spiritual too. It’s about waking up with good energy. For some of us, this might mean knowingly sacrificing in one area for gains in another. We all need to figure out what an ideal balance is for ourselves. And with all that we learned from our THPL journey our “health” is attainable if we focus on it and work on it. With a bit of focus and follow through we will be able to maximize our health and our performance. Focus and follow through that is what it takes, yes indeed.
