THPL serves a lot of purposes; one in particular is that it keeps us focused on all that is good on our life’s journey. And so it is good for each of us to create our own list of some of the joys of life. So, a few thoughts…. Create your list and see if you can add a new item to your list every day. Second, read the list to yourself ever day. It should work at reminding us that life is indeed special and worth enjoying on every level. Here goes:

3. The morning sunrise
4. A big hug
5. Great stories
6. Listening to a good friend
7. A long peaceful hike
8. A home cooked meal
9. Traditions
