On being strong

There are a lot of things that help us through life and on our THPL journey.  Interestingly, on most days our system is not taxed and our normal resources do a good job of keeping us on track.  But there are times when more is required, when the normal will just not do.  It is at these points that we need to tap into our core strength, the strength that we need to develop and hone every day with our focus on life, learning and fitness.  The strong are those who can push harder, fight longer, and stay till the end.  So the question for us is how do we build our strength?  Do we stay on point? Do we think about building foundation and then adding to it.  Base skills, then advanced skills.  Multiple repetitions and more.  We all know that getting strong requires more exertion, it can tax us and can be daunting but we all know that the return is worth the effort.  Being strong is an essential part of the commitment to THPL.  Are you strong enough…..
