Go for a Walk

The days that we can combine elements of Life, Learning and Fitness are “bonus” days.  All too often we focus on one element at a time but it dawned on me that a way to bring all three together is to go on a walk with someone who you can learn from, someone who you enjoy being with and someone who does like to go on long walks for mile after mile.  The combination of great conversation, great company and being outside walking could be defined as a “10” on the THPL journey.  Imagine how fun it would be to do this frequently!  So, go find that kindred spirit and lace up your “trainers” and get to your own version of the THPL triple play.  A better way to spend a day would be good to debate.
