We can change our …….

We cannot change our height….. but there are so many other things that we can change if we want to.  Often we lose track of the power we have – we feel the limits but they are just one side of opportunity.  The other side is what is possible.   So, what if we were to right the list of what we could change, that would make the THPL journey better, that would get us closer to our goals for personal fulfillment.  What might the list look like – for example we could work harder, do more reading, write more, get outside, buy new gear, take a trip, change our daily routine….the list is endless.  The point is not to worry about how many items we put on the list but rather which of them are the one’s we want to embrace and act on.  The internal power we have to affect and change the elements of Life, Learning and Fitness on our THPL journey is greater than we know. We might as well do it – the alternative is not as interesting….
