Back to the northern hemisphere THPL goes. Twenty hours later, the next stop on the journey, Stuttgart Germany. Quite a bit different from the semi tropical Latin influenced Brazil. Stuttgart, a mecca of sorts for German car engineering with BMW and Porsche headquarters here. It truly is a manufacturing hub and with a city population of ~ 650,000 and a surrounding area of 5.3M people, it is the sixth largest city area in Germany. The German engineering ethic comes across in all that you experience, roads, buildings, even the people represent a level of precision and accuracy that is different from we see in other parts of the world. And the beauty of it is that – each difference, each subtlety, each nuance of the local culture is to be noticed and appreciated – it is an opportunity to learn and to see how we can live in a world where differences are to be celebrated, they are to be cherished and protected. And while on our journey we can bring what we know and feel to the places we visit. The integration of different cultures and approaches is what makes the world a beautiful place. The journey is worth the effort and our Life experience just that much better when THPL hits the road
Loving life at each step along the journey
