When we hang out with THPLers we are hanging with some best in class people. They know their craft, they know about life, they have unique and interesting experiences, they have a great attitude and way, way more! And so it is important that we explicitly recognize this, that we not take for granted their gifts, and that we use and leverage them to the best degree possible. They want to share what they know, they want to help us, they want us to grow…..all we need to do is to ask them for help. Ask them to tell us what to do. How to do it better. We might as well accelerate our learning and from the feel of it we are very well poised to do so – all we have to do is to ask for help and we will be much further along that we would have otherwise….
