THPL is more than just a mindset, it is a set of practices, frequency and methods that we use to get us to our Life, Learning and Fitness goals that otherwise would be hard to attain. And one practice that is ever more important is how we choose to start our day. There are many thoughts about morning time – do we get up early, sleep late, eat breakfast, have coffee, exercise, read, hit social media…and the list goes on. Maybe what we need to do is to start with a quick assessment of what we actually do. When we look at it do we like what we find? Or might we realize something should change. Is our start helping us get going in the direction we want or do we have to fight to get to our goals. All of the questions, the findings, the alternatives and what we can change need to be evaluated and then changed if required. We are in charge of the start of the day, it is our time, it has a big impact on how the day will go and we really should make it count. So, how about we commit to assessing and then changing to a routine that we know will get us moving in the direction that we know will just be better…..and then sticking to it.
Loving life when I start the day right.
