What data can do

The number of steps, a book a month, an hour of yoga.  Counting, measuring, it seems to have a direct effect on what we get done.  We are more focused, we make less excuses, and we get seem to be drawn to the activity. So, if for some reason you find yourself struggling for motivation to achieve one of your goals on your THPL journey then set a quantitative goal and then start tracking to it.  You might just get a different result…..and be happy about it as well!
