A way to start the day

The THPL journey starts the same way most days, with a mission and purpose and a desire to get it done.  And while we all have different ways of starting a day it is good to start the day with a good workout.  A good solid workout acts like a natural drug for us.  We create, naturally, endorphins that rush into our brain when we get the body going.  It is a natural response to the workout that we do.  The great thing is that the endorphins not only provide short-term pleasure but they also add energy to our day.  And before we know it we start craving those endorphins and we create a nice cycle that is good for us, we feel good, and we have power and a smile to start every day with .  A very good thing indeed......
