Taj Majal

Our THPL journey is as much about going places in person as it is going places in our soul.  And then there are some times when you can do both.  Today I had the opportunity to do just that.  A trek of thousands of miles to Delhi, India extended with a long transfer to Agra and I was given the opportunity to see one of the seven modern wonders of the world, the Taj Majal.  You never are really ready for how you would feel when you see something like the Taj, a man made construction of 22 years, with 20,000 men working on it.   The significance of this type of marvel can only be felt when you come upon it in person, when you feel the power of the work, the vision, the majesty that is beyond what we ordinarily see.  Every piece of inlayed marble a witness to the vision and dedication to the dream to build something so remarkable. Walking around with tens of thousands of locals just built on the impact that thinking big has on the world, even 368 years later.  And so it is THPL validated…..validated by witness to the idea that setting out to build something remarkable is about deciding, committing and staying resolved to deliver.  It is in our power to do remarkable things….are we going to do it – on our own scale?  We all hope the answer is yes…..indeed

Loving life when I lay witness to amazing!
