Train for something

There is clearly a goal orientation on the THPL journey.   And then there are the challenges of our time-starved lives.  Depending on the way we make choices we might do better or not in achieving our goals.  One way to make it easier on ourselves is to always be training for something.  We change our behavior and our choices when we have a goal we are working towards.  We make fewer excuses, we have measures that show progress and we stay focused on that “something” that we are striving for.  So, while on our long weekend let’s think about what it is we are training for – or pick something to be training for.  For sure let’s exit the weekend with our goal set and our plan in place.  We will feel better for it and will have more to be happy for.
