Ten days into 2017 and we are all most likely still running hard so that we can get a great start to the year. There is nothing like the momentum that can be created when we put all of our energy into the activities that we have on our THPL journey. We just need to remember that rest and recovery are as important to making progress as are the activities that we are committed to. We can make the recovery in any form that we want as long as we are reducing the intensity, taking a mental break, a physical break, and overall just operating at a different speed. When we do this we optimize our productivity and set ourselves up for a powerful year, one where we can be the best we can be for a long period of time.
