What is a journey if it not be one that takes us to many places, in many directions. It is too easy, at times, to not go on the road. Too much effort, too much time, too many things to do where we are. But each time we step out and go as far as a trip requires we set ourselves up to learn, to experience, to see and observe something that is different and exciting and interesting and just great to experience. I find myself back in Mexico City, once again, reminded of the great people who live here, the vibrancy of a wonderful country, and a system that runs with great intent and good purpose. It takes crossing the border to realize that we all share this wonderful planet and the lines drawn on maps should not drive us apart and we should think more about how we can work together to make this world an even better place. After a day with a mix of locals and those from miles away I am reminded yet again that this world is made of great and wonderful people and I am blessed to have the opportunity to spend time with them a bit of a distance from what we call home. Here’s to getting on the road and feeling great about what we can find and feel…….yes indeed.
