Sure we can make the THPL journey easier, we can go shorter distances, read less, visit fewer places, take lots of time off, and so on. It just does not feel good, though, if we are to tap into our potential, to see new possibilities, that we would make it easier. And so it is – instead of easy, we traverse the journey and look for steeper hills to climb, bigger challenges to take on, more information to consume, just more intensity and more volume and more difficulty. As we get going with the theme of “easy is for others” we will start to get more and more out of our journey and we will feel better and better about what we can take on and accomplish. The journey just becomes better when we avoid easy, as ironic as that may sound.
