What is the THPL journey without a big trip, an adventure of sorts, a set of destinations that would create opportunities to observe, to learn, to experience, to see different things, to feel different and to grow and develop by the sheer nature of going somewhere different. This trip from Phoenix to Los Angeles to Hong Kong and a final destination for this segment Singapore. A trip of 9,000 miles, 30 hours, three flights, many meals and a lot of time to use as one would see fit. A bit of sleep, some work, some writing and some thinking; time available for our use. And before we know it we are on the ground in that “different” place. Time to turn on the receiver, open the aperture, feel the local vibe and enjoy the nuances and differences. The explorer in us satisfied, curiosity peaked, experiences felt and for a moment THPL satisfied, the journey producing what it should. Here’s to the next leg of the trip and what is to be found when we get there.
