We all play a variety of roles while on our THPL journey. Sometimes player, sometimes coach, other times supporter, advisor, fan, mentor, it ebbs and flows based on the needs of our community. And it is important for us to be able to do each of these roles with a clear heart and a sound mind. We need not bring too much judgment to what we are asked to do by the nature of any of these roles. The most important element being that we should be supportive and constructive even if what we are being asked to be involved in is not desirable to us. We need to think that what is being set out is indeed achievable even if not desirable (to us). The support that we give when we carry only enthusiasm for the journey of others is worth its weight in gold. The impact it has more than we can imagine. And with a feeling like this we all know that it is about achievability and being part of making that happen, no matter what the context or opinion.
