There are thousands upon thousands of decisions that we make as we take our THPL journey. One set of them relate to what it is that we eat every day. We use up a lot of energy when we live an active THPL life and we run the risk with our full schedule that we do not put enough energy into what we eat. And this has downstream impacts that are not conducive to the way that we want to live. So, let’s take a different approach. Let’s make many “little” good decisions. Grab a glass of water, choose something that is not packaged, eat more fruits and vegetables, look for super foods like Kale, Broccoli, Blueberries, increase protein and fat intake and most of all don’t eat as an activity. It is these little decisions that make for a better THPL journey. Let’s start tomorrow. Just one better food decision, that’s all we need to.
