It is important to focus on ourselves while on our THPL journey. We know, deep down, that with a singular focus on the outcome, that we are more likely to complete the journey and achieve our objective. And yet, we know there is more to do, feel and contribute while on the THPL journey. We are, all of us, part of a broader community of like-minded individuals. All with the potential to help and support others as they traverse their version of the THPL journey. To show our support we need not go to deep – in fact – all we need to do is to show up and demonstrate our support by being there when it matters most, near the end of a race, at that really important performance, just before a final presentation and so much more. We give a ton when we show up, it embodies our support and commitment to each other and it gives reassurance that we are not alone on this journey. Yes, just showing up matters and it matters a lot – let’s do it soon – no time to wait, that is for sure!
