Back to Winter

THPL is heading down under (yet again).  Crossing the equator and landing 15 hours later in Sydney, just in time for winter.  Leaving behind 110 degrees for less than half that – maybe some 30’s and 40’s….it will be a wake-up call of sorts.  And then maybe this is exactly what we should be doing – disrupting our flow to make us feel something.  Yes, 100+ degrees is challenging but we can even get used to high temperatures.  What is good about (big) changes are that they force us to think more, to plan differently, to live in ways un predictable.  And we don’t have to fly 10,000 miles to do this.  We can put a tent in our yard, go away for a weekend, take an ice bath – the choice of what we want to do differently is up to us – heading "Down Under"  is one way of doing it – I am sure we can all find our “winter” much closer to home…..

Loving life when I head back to Sydney
