We care about physical performance. We are captivated by pushing the boundaries. We know that limits are things we create. Yes, of course, we all know that high performance is a choice and it is one of the reasons that we are all part of this community. What we want to do for ourselves or see others do is to break records, push the limits, do things at the next level. Today Eliud Kipchoge did just that…he is the first person to run 26.2 miles, the marathon distance, in under 2 hours. His run of 1:59:40 was remarkable for so many reasons but most of all he broke a barrier that others thought could not be broken. It is inspiring and motivating and we send our admiration and congratulations to Eliud today
