Opt to Act

A very big part of our journey revolves around the community that we become part of when we live our core values with intent to improve in the areas of life, learning, and fitness.  We know that making advancements and progress in each of these areas matters and it is great when we can benefit from the time, effort, energy, and commitment to improvement that others are making and that we can join.  REI, Recreational Equipment Company, is doing this with its Opt to Act program and campaign.  Their intent is to get us all doing more for the earth and doing it in demonstrable ways that have a lasting impact.  It can be said that we have an opportunity to leave the earth better than we found it and REI’s campaign is committed to this mission.  So, let’s think about how we can do our part and put our own fingerprints on improvements that we can make…..every day…..  Check out their one minute video, it is a good place to start.
