There are lots of methods and practices that we put in place as we go along on our journey. And it is in the form and substance of an opportunity for us to maximize our journey. When we habitualize “good”…. life really gets better. So, let’s come up with our top five daily practices, the ones that we do every day, the ones we start with every day. We have a few ideas (below) that we can leverage, or we can come up with our own list. The integrity of the list matters as much as the individual practices, none the less, we can start with this list and evolve it to the pace and form that our journey takes. Here goes:
· Make a to-do list every morning
· Get our blood pumping (aka exercise)
· Get the monkey off our back – i.e. take do the hard stuff first, no procrastinating
· Eat something healthy
· Don’t compromise on sleep time
· What else????
