We go on a journey and we go in and out of focus, big efforts, recovery, normal times and so much more. It is the ease that we go between these phases that brings us to a good place. We have to be able to switch it up, to know that the body and the mind react well to change, to different to disruption. Our system responds well when we take it a bit further than it expects. We react well to strain and stress and so we need not avoid such circumstances, rather we just need to know how to use doing vs. not doing in our lives. Whether it be one week or one day after a big race, or a big effort, we can get back at it. Maybe we just go slower or easier but either way it is good to be moving again. We are made for it, let’s take advantage of it. Here’s to being out there all the time and loving it every time…
Loving life when I am back at it
