We know that there is a bigger stage that we all play on while on our journey and this creates an opportunity for us to have a positive impact, far wider and broader than we could on our own. It starts in each of our communities and it carries forward when we see the kind of positive effect we can have on Mother Earth. And it is beautiful to see Ethiopia plant more than 350 million trees in 12 hours, across the country. It is all part of a wider reforestation campaign (called the Green Legacy) spearheaded by the country’s Prime Minister Abby Ahmed. This burst of tree planting took place in a day’s time. Ahmed tweeted that around 150 million trees had been planted. And so, as we move forward lets’ make sure that we follow the leaders as they take care of our environment and make this a better place to be!
