There are some truths that we know to be and even when we do not take advantage of them they are still in effect. It is knowing that is both liberating and empowering. The power of the group is something that we can always count on. The group has the advantage of providing energy to us when we need some, support when required, and overall support throughout life (or a race). When we think about it, we can usually call out who is on our team. We know them, all we need to do empower them and leverage them to go after our goals and then we can do the same back for them.
